ITEMS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS.

• We typically use reliable shipping services, including Canada Post, United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, FedEx, Purolator, DHL, Carpar, and other regional carriers as available.
• Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number for your convenience.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking and ensure successful delivery.
• Please ensure that the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. Any incorrect addresses resulting in a return shipment will incur additional shipping fees, which will be the customer’s responsibility.

We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return.

Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received— unused, with the protective film still attached, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with returns or exchanges.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and reach out to us immediately if you find any defects, damage, or incorrect items. We will address the issue promptly to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

Exchanges:
For the quickest service, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and initiating a return for the original item.

Refunds:
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you regarding your refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
